Founding partners of “iyisirket” Danışmanlık A.Ş. have been involved in
different aspects of international business, finance, corporate strategy and
business development for many decades.
We consider corporate governance quality
as an integral element of successful corporate finance. Fifteen of the Turkish
companies that have made use of our services currently trade successfully at the
corporate governance index of Istanbul Stock Exchange.
Our corporate finance
advisory work addresses major companies under managerial and strategic
transformation. We are observing a need to streamline corporate management and
to identify new opportunities. Our experience and network enable us to engage in
value generating advisory mandates. We help companies to design bespoke
strategies and business models for a strong upside. This is particularly
relevant at this age of continuously evolving opportunities involving strategic
and financial alliances.
Turkey has been little affected by the economic crisis
primarily due to political stability, and the effective presence of the
regulatory institutions in the financial, energy and other fundamental sectors
installed early in this decade. Turkish financial industry competes successfully
with its global counterparts. During this period Turkish industry continued with
its impressive growth and diversification in a competitive environment.

The Customs Union with the European Union played a
major role in the strengthening of Turkish industry since 1987. Corporate Turkey
is well integrated with the principal global industrial players. However, only
51 percent of our trade is with the EU; otherwise Turkish industry addresses
markets within a 3,000km radius. This independence is an important asset while
doing business in Turkey.
Our company enjoys an extensive network of enterprises
in a variety of industries across Turkey. Our present project pipeline includes
companies in the following industries:food processing and canned food, pet food,
energy, automotives, food retail business, fish farming, real estate
development, foundary and information and communication technologies.
